Hansel&Gretel: Witch Hunters

Hansel was played by Jeremy Renner and Gretel, Gemma Arterton, made this movie a rating of 3 stars I'd say. It was thrilling, but there're some scenes that you're not willing to see it. It was said "telah lulus sensor" which......unfortunately, NOT! hahahahaha

Anyway, the story is based on one of the famous fairy tales "Hansel&Gretel" but in this movie, the story is developed into a deeper fantasy about witches. It said that witches kidnapped kids (12 in total) during the "blood months". They gathered 12 children to make a potion that could make them invincible. So, Hansel and Gretel mission is to save the children from being killed and return them safely to their parents. The story has a happy ending, though. Just like those dreamy fairy tales.

Lesson learned: there are two witches in this world. 1, the kind and evil witches. 2, don't enter a place that is made out of candies 3, witches can't stand fire 4, this is the most important! Don't believe any of the lesson learned.

The Raid!!! My oh my four thumbs up for this movie!!!!!!! (yyyy)
So, I watched this movie yesterday with Made and Nisa. Accidentally met Idon, and unfortunately he had the seat next to us, so it's like the four of us watched together, bhahahaha so not important~
There are also the trio Trivelly cheerleaders, Ihsan, Clara, and Eteng watching the same movie.

This is where I seated. A very good enough spot to watch, hahaha.

"The Raid: Redemption" is poised at the midway point between an ultraviolent video game and a neo-classic dance musical. As midnight-movie mash-ups go, it’s pretty amazing. Choreographed with jaw-dropping style by Welsh-born writer-director Gareth Evans, this kinetic Indonesian action orgy proceeds according to a set-up almost mathematical in its exactness. A crime lord named Tama (Ray Sahetapy) sits in his fortress in the penthouse of a monolithic Jakarta apartment building. A van full of cops in full SWAT gear pulls up in front. Between them and him are 15 floors of video surveillance cameras, very angry men with machetes and machine guns, one runty killer named Mad Dog (Yayan Ruhian), and a handful of surprises. That’s it; when the survivors emerge 100 minutes later, the movie’s over.

My favorite character in this movie! He's handsome, cool, and so skilled with Indonesian kung fu known as silat. 3 words to describe him during the movie would be strong, confident, and skilled.

It's an A+ for me! This movie won several awards and hey Indonesian people, we should be proud of it yeah!!! Anyway, I recommended to watch :D

The Hunger Games

Last night, my sister, my father, and I went to XII Botani to watch a movie. We ended up watching this movie, which was I kinda want it badly cause it seems cool.

At some point in the future, the nation known as Panem (presumably previously theU.S.) has a civil war, with twelve districts rebelling against the central government. The central government won and devised a unique system that is allegedly designed to reaffirm and honor the peace treaty. Each year, two “tributes” between the ages of eleven and eighteen, one male and one female, are selected by lottery from each of the twelve districts. These tributes are brought together to participate in the Hunger Games, a grueling physical battle to the literal death, with the lone survivor given fame and riches.

Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence), a sixteen-year-old in the mining community of District Twelve, secretly hunts to supply her mother (Paula Malcomson) and beloved little sister Primrose (Willow Shields) with food. Katniss is sometimes accompanied by her best friend/potential sweetheart Gale Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth). When the annual “reaping” (tribute selection) comes to District Twelve, Primrose’s name is chosen. To save her sister, Katniss volunteers, which immediately makes her a novelty. Katniss’ male counterpart, Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson), is acquainted with her. Peeta thinks Katniss has a chance of winning; he’s sure he’s doomed. Katniss and Peeta get a small team of handlers, including over-the-top fashionista Effie Trinket (Elizabeth Banks), alcoholic former Games winner Haymitch Abernathy (Woody Harrelson) and kindly personal stylist Cinna (Lenny Kravitz).

Yesterday, my friends and I watched Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. It was awesome! Well, I didn't really get the whole story, though, but I enjoyed it anyway. It was thrilling yet humorous,lol.

Spy Kids 4 3D and Photo-Box

On December 17th, my sister and I went to Botani. Well, at first I didn't know whether she was at Botani so I texted her first. I knew my mother was there, she was attending the reunion college group. My father was there, too he drove my mother there.

Since we don't know what to do, my sister came up with an idea and we watched a movie at XXI. We watched Spy Kids 4 3D...

Tada, Kimi Wo Aishiteru

Film ini mengambil ilham dari sebuah novel karya Ichikawa Takuji. Novel tersebut berjudul Renai Shashin – Mouhitotsu no Monogatari (Romance Picture – The Other Story). Ichikawa sendiri terinspirasi oleh film yang berjudul Renai Shashin (2003).  
Film ini beralur flashback. Jika dirangkai sejak awal, cerita bermula dari pertemuan Makoto Segawa (Tamaki Hiroshi) dengan Satonaka Shizuru (Miyazaki Aoi). Keduanya adalah mahasiswa sebuah universitas.  
Makoto punya hobi jepret-jepret kamera. Makoto adalah seorang pemuda pemalu.  Namun sebenarnya memendam bakat besar. Sedangkan Shizuru adalah gadis yang mengidap penyakit langka. Hormon pertumbuhannya tak normal, sehingga dia terlihat masih seperti anak-anak. Setelan yang dia pakai itu-itu juga: celana congklang di atas mata kaki, kaus kodok, serta kaus dalaman lengan panjang, ditambah kacamata besar. Miyazaki begitu tepat melakoni peran ini. Wajahnya manis, imut, lucu, dan kebocah-bocahan, serta berpotongan rambut bob seleher dengan poni di depan.

Hubungan pertemanan mereka makin berlanjut dekat. Makoto selalu mengajak Shizuru masuk sebuah hutan. Sebenarnya hutan tersebut terlarang untuk dimasuki. Namun mereka nekat saja.  Maklum, Makoto tak pernah bisa menuntaskan hasrat fotografinya.
Wajar saja, lantaran isi rimba tersebut indah nian. Tak puas-puasnya Makoto menembak lebatnya hijau pepohonan (plenty of green), luasnya danau nan tenang, air kali yang bergericik mengalir tertimpal batu dasar sungai yang dangkal, serta burung-burung yang gampang-gampang susah dipotret. 
Rupanya Shizuru menaruh hati kepada Makoto. Dia pun minta diajari fotografi. Karya-karya Shizuru pun tak kalah cantiknya. Di mata orang lain, Shizuru nampak aneh. Kekanak-kanakan dan ganjil (weirdo). Hanya Makoto yang rela menemaninya setiap hari.  
Hubungan keduanya mulai merenggang dengan masuknya tokoh Fujiyama Miyuki (Kuroki Meisa). Miyuki adalah gadis yang cantik, menarik, begitu mature, lembut, pendek kata sempurna di mata kaum Adam. Miyuki kuliah satu kampus dengan mereka. Makoto naksir Miyuki –meskipun mereka tak pernah jadian. Karena Miyuki tahu, sebenarnya Makoto hanya tepat bagi Shizuru.  
Shizuru pun sadar, kalau dirinya penuh kekurangan. Fisiknya bagai anak kecil, tiada lekuk yang menarik. Namun dia selalu berujar, satu saat dia bakal berubah menjadi perempuan dewasa. Menjadi sosok yang cantik menarik dan tak terlupakan oleh seseorang yang mencintainya. Sebenarnya perkataan itu dia tujukan kepada Makoto. Hanya, Makoto menanggapinya sambil lalu.  
Satu hari, Shizuru meminta kado ulang tahun. Dia minta dicium Makoto. Dengan alasan, untuk diabadikan sebagai foto, untuk sebuah kompetisi. Makoto pun menyanggupinya. Makoto tak sadar, itulah hari terakhir dia bertatap muka dengan Shizuru. 
Setelah dua tahun berpisah, Makoto menerima surat dari New York. Rupanya dari Shizuru. Dia sudah bekerja sebagai fotografer di sebuah agensi. Shizuru mengundang Makoto menyaksikan pamerannya. Sebulan kemudian, Makoto menyambangi Shizuru di New York. Namun, yang dia temui adalah Miyuki. Rupanya Miyuki dan Shizuru tinggal seapartemen. Setelah lulus kuliah, Miyuki bekerja di New York. Bertemulah dia dengan Shizuru. 
Shizuru yang dinanti Makoto tak kunjung tiba jua. Rupanya dia pulang ke Jepang, dirawat ayahnya lantaran penyakitnya semakin akut. Lantas, meninggallah dia, dan abu jenazahnya telah dikremasi di kampung halaman.  Makoto hanya bisa menangis di depan gambar-gambar karya Shizuru. Sebagian besar, adalah foto diri Makoto sendiri. Serta, gambar Shizuru yang telah tumbuh dewasa, cantik, menarik, dengan potongan rambut panjang. Di ujung ruang pameran, Makoto tak jemu-jemunya memandang foto mereka berciuman di tepi danau di tengah hutan, tempat mereka berjumpa untuk terakhir kalinya.

Film ini semakin berasa, karena dilengkapi oleh suara Otsuka Ai yang membawakan lagu tema (theme song) yang bertajuk Renai Shashin.

Yeah, that's a good Japanese film, people! Sorry I didn't write on my own,lol.

Anyway, you guys have to watch this film. I'll bet you'll cry, girls :p

Crazy Little Thing Called Love

A Thailand movie that truly gives you a heart attack!!! This movie rocks and so touching <333
It's about a girl who loved her senior and she was willing to do anything to make him fall in love with her. Her best friends were always there to help. At last, the girl never knew the boy's feelings for her until the talk show at a TV station that revealed the happiness at the end of the story :)))
